Their optimised cabinet volume and dual bass drivers provide a powerful foundation, while remaining remarkably controlled and balanced.
Central to the soundscape is the refined AMT tweeter, which excels in speed and precision thanks to its unique pleated diaphragm. The high notes sound open and airy, with a natural clarity that is never intrusive. Together with the improved midrange and Resoseal™ sealing, which makes vocal reproduction particularly expressive and convincing, a sonic character is created that is both neutral and engaging.
Wharfedale has also left nothing to chance mechanically. The rigid hybrid plinth eliminates vibration and provides a stable foundation, while the advanced SLPP port system ensures deep, tight bass reproduction without distortion. Internally, Silentweave™ damping and ResoFrame™ construction ensure a pure signal path and minimal resonances.
