Warranty & Returns
Does the product not meet your requirements and do you need to return the product? No problem, you can easily return your purchased product with us. All products also have a warranty period of 2 years, unless stated otherwise.
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason or to indicate that you want to do so. After that cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. As soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation, you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to Wharfedale are for your own account. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, it is important that the product is reasonably unused. You are allowed to try out (test) the product. The difference between using and trying out is that you test the product to see if it lives up to expectations. You can compare it with trying on a piece of clothing in a shop, for example, and then giving it back to the employee. Unused means that you do not use the product for two weeks (signs of use) and then want to make use of the right of withdrawal. If it appears that the product has been damaged in such a way, costs will be charged for the depreciation (possibly the entire purchase amount).
If you want to return an item, it is important for a quick and correct handling that you fill in the information below and confirm this to us. A Wharfedale representative will contact you as soon as possible to initiate the return process. As soon as we have received your report, you can return the package to the return address provided (including the RMA number).
Some products are excluded from returns
If the seal of the products below is broken, they cannot be returned. This is for hygienic reasons.
