Below you will find frequently asked questions about the exchange and return process.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You then have 14 days after the return to return the order.

You will then be credited the full purchase amount within 14 days after termination, but we strive to do this as quickly as possible. Only the costs of returning your home to Wharfedale are for your own account.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

1. Return the order or part of it by clicking on the button below and fill in your details.

2. Once this is done, we will review your request and respond within 24 hours with an agreement, further instructions and a return address.

3. Send your order or part of it with a carrier of your choice to the return address provided by us. Include the purchase invoice and the fully completed return form in the return shipment.

4. When the return shipment has arrived at us, you will be credited the full purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

2. Once this is done, we will review your request and respond within 24 hours with an agreement, further instructions and a return address.

3. Send your order or part of it with a carrier of your choice to the return address provided by us. Include the purchase invoice and the fully completed return form in the return shipment.

4. When the return has arrived at us, you will receive a part of your purchase price if the replacement product is cheaper or we will send a payment request if the replacement product is more expensive.

5. As soon as all steps have been completed, we will send you the new product.

As soon as we have received your return, we will credit the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

You can contact us for repairs both within and outside the manufacturer's warranty. There are no costs associated with this within the manufacturer's warranty, but outside the manufacturer's warranty there are.

•Is the product defective within 14 days of purchase? Then you can choose to get the money back or to exchange the product for a new product.

•Is the product defective after 14 days under normal use and within the warranty period? Then this is most likely a manufacturing defect and the repair is completely free of charge.

•Has the products become defective outside the warranty period? No problem, you can still contact us. There are only repair costs associated with this.

To have your product repaired, please follow these steps:

1. Register your repair by clicking the button below and indicate as a comment that it is a repair.

2. Once this is done, you can prepare the product for the return journey. Pack the product well and securely and remove data where necessary.

3. Send your product with a carrier of your choice to the address provided by us.

4. When the product has arrived at the repair service, you will receive a confirmation from us and the repair process will start.

All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Your product should not break during normal use in the first 2 years. This is called 'Carry in' warranty.
