You are not obliged to create an account to place an order, it only offers you additional benefits. We do this by regularly updating our website and listening to customer feedback.

How can you create an account?
It's easy to create an account, just go to our homepage and click on the person icon next to the search button. From there, fill in your details and create a password. Once the account has been created you will be redirected to your profile where you can enter your shipping details. Have you ordered before? Then you may already have an account, you can check this by going to this page and have a password reset email sent.

Here are a few benefits of an account on Wharfedale:

• You can save your address details, these will then be remembered when placing an order. This way you have to fill in far fewer fields/personal information when you place an order. You can of course also easily adjust this data.
• You can find your order in your account-Overview. Here you can always find the details of your order, such as the status of your order or order number.
• You can view the status of your order. This allows you to keep an eye on when your order might arrive.
